Approach to treatment

I consider myself an integrative therapist which is to say that I utilise different approaches in support of my clients and their issues. I have a bent towards cognitive and structured solution-focused therapy but am also well versed in humanistic/person centred. I am also a trauma/PTSD specialist and EMDR trained and can bring to my practice some of my life-coaching skills as well.
