Biography

I am a Clinical Psychologist providing online counselling and online therapy using Skype. I have worked in private healthcare settings and the UK NHS, and have helped people recover from problems including depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship difficulties, OCD, body dysmorphia and personality disorders .

I believe that a good relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My work is informed by a CBT model, but I also use ideas from psychodynamic, systemic and humanistic psychotherapy. Prior to private practice, I worked at the Maudsley Hospital in London, where I saw patients in clinic and in the community.
