If you'd like help with energy and resilience for work, life or sport then you're in the right place.
Problems with your digestion, food intolerance, stress, energy, weight, hormones and your mood will all get in the way of what you want to achieve. Either it isn't obvious how to solve these problems yourself, or you're short on time and need some expert input.
I'm here to help you with the expert input, of course you will need to find some time to speak to me and implement my recommendations but we'll do it in an efficient way. By investigating the underlying issues of your problems through questionnaires and scientific tests we can put the effort where it is needed. This will then help you to achieve your aims which I'm interested to hear about, or I can even help you to develop them.
The process is simple:
- Book a consultation
- Complete a health history
- We meet and I take a comprehensive health history, I learn about your lifestyle, food habits and practicalities like where you shop.
- I give you recommendations, these may include scientific tests and supplements.
- Recommendations will include food and lifestyle suggestions.
- A follow up session is then booked to review test results (if you do them), and to fine tune.
- We do this as a one off, couple of sessions or a series of sessions depending on your needs and the complexity.
About me:
I have a First Class science degree (BSc (Hons)) in Nutritional Therapy and I’m a member of BANT and CNHC. I am also a trained yoga teacher and a member of the British Wheel of Yoga. I’m an affiliated Map My Gut Practitioner which is a test used for analysing the microbiome (bacteria in the digestive system), and also a DNA Fit affiliate which is a genetic test used for sport and health. I use a wide range of other companies to deliver scientific tests when required.
I have a first degree in engineering which I used in the automotive industry (BMW, Land Rover and Dunlop), and then worked in IT for over 7 years (Mars). In the nutrition world I have worked for Nuffield Health delivering 1-1, group and corporate work and I am now an associate for a corporate wellbeing company working in London, alongside my own busy clinic in Berkshire.
I'm a recreational runner with a UK Athletics Run Leader qualification, I'm trying out some cycling, use the gym and do yoga.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Approach to treatment
By using Functional Medicine which considers the underlying issues rather than just treating the issue, I work with you to create a plan to support your goals. These may be associated with health, sport or just a desire to become more educated about nutrition.
