I have gained significant experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist since I qualified in 2002. I am an accredited member of the BACP. My specialist area is disordered eating. I also provide support to family members of those struggling with eating difficulties. In addition to my specialist area of disorder eating, I run a private practice helping clients deal with traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, bereavement, addictions and much more. I aim to empower clients and assist them in bringing about the changes necessary for them to improve their health and well-being.
