Biography

I am a fully insured member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Health care Council (CNHC). I studied at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I subsequently qualified as Nutritionist. I also have qualification in cookery and B. Sc (Hons) in Psychology. I believe these qualifications give me a unique perspective into clients reasons for specific food and dietary choices as well as ability to work with them to change these to improve their health and lifestyle.
I am a passionate believer in the healing power of food and the amazing changes that good nutrition and change in lifestyle can bring to people's lives. I am dedicated to continuously updating my knowledge of latest research and developments in nutrition through specific training, seminars and publications to ensure I offer the best possible advise to my clients.
