Biography

I am an accredited BABCP CBT Therapist with over 15 years’ experience working in the field of Mental Health. I originally trained in Forensic Psychology but decided to specialise in CBT. I completed my post graduate CBT training at the Institute of Psychiatry in Kings College London in 2010. Since then I have specialised in the provision of CBT for depression and anxiety disorders including: PTSD, OCD, Health Anxiety, GAD, Panic Disorder, BDD, Social Anxiety, Emetophobia, Specific Phobias, Behavioural Couples Therapy, Low Self Esteem and Perfectionism. I have worked with a variety of client groups including one-to-one, couples and groups and have delivered therapy both face to face and online utilising audio/visual and text-based platforms.

I am an experienced CBT Supervisor and Trainer and have provided training and support to a number of UK universities including UCL. I am passionate about patient’s being able to access psychological support in a forum they feel comfortable.
