I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist, counsellor and clinical supervisor with over ten years’ experience in charitable organisations, private practice and online.
As I work within a humanistic integrative model, I have experience with the various modalities of counselling and am comfortable adapting it to individual needs.
I am also specialised in working with sexuality, sexual health, gender issues and severe mental health problems due to my varied roles in the mental and sexual health sector.
Whatever reason you may want therapy for, I try to create a safe space by focusing on individual experience by setting aside biases, prejudices and assumptions.
By working together I hope that we can develop new perspectives to your problem by affirming and challenging the client to become more self-confident and self-aware.
