1. Why should I join the e-therapy network?

2. I'm a licensed therapist. Am I eligible to join E-therapy’s provider network?


Licensed, qualified and experienced therapists registered with an approved body such as the BACP, UKCP or any other United Kingdom recognized regulatory organization are invited to apply with a view to joining our network. Please be aware that in order for your registration to proceed you would be required to submit proof of your identity, qualifications, registration with an approved body and existing professional liability insurance.

3. How much does e-therapy cost?


E-therapy is free to use by our providers and there is no commission, service charges or other fees to pay. E-therapy generates demand for your service enabling you to grow your practice without incurring additional costs. Our platform also offers providers a secure and convenient platform for conducting video sessions, technical and customer support, and marketing tools for your online practice.

4. How do e-therapy providers get compensated for their video counselling sessions?


E-therapy’s online system is designed to process payments automatically. Therapists receive their session fee within 48 hours of completion. As described earlier there are no commission, service charges or other fees.

5. What kind of computer or technical equipment do I need to use e-therapy?

8. Are sessions recorded?


Sessions are not recorded or stored to ensure privacy and security of data.
