Biography

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, having completed a 3 year nutrition course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I suffered with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was housebound for 3 years. After visiting a Naturopathic Nutritionist and following her plan for 4 months, I felt a lot better and went on to make a full recovery. This experience has inspired me to study nutrition and become a qualified Nutritional Therapist. I am passionate about teaching you how to use nutrition to get your energy and your life back! Approach to treatment

I have an empathetic and supportive approach and aim to identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms.

During the consultation we will discuss in detail your medical history and your current symptoms. I may recommend testing for Candida or hair mineral analysis which will show your body levels of minerals such as magnesium and toxic heavy metals like mercury, as well as thyroid, adrenal and blood sugar imbalances.

After the consultation I will write and send you a personalised nutrition plan and supplement plan focusing on your main health goals. I will advise you to follow the plan until your next appointment. Follow up appointments are normally at monthly intervals.
