I am a registered nutritional therapist, who specialises in supporting people with eating disorders, a difficult relationship with food and food distress. This covers a range of issues, from diagnosed eating disorders, to emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, weight concerns and disordered eating.
I use evidence-based nutritional therapy with a functional medicine approach, NLP and a range of tools for mindset and behaviour change. I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity (National Centre for Eating Disorders). I am also currently undertaking an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and I am regularly completing continual professional development in the area to keep my knowledge current.

Approach to treatment
I'm a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to health and changing your relationship with food. Therefore we start with the initial 90 min session to figure our your current situation, assess where you are getting stuck and take steps to move you forward.
Next steps may include testing, supplementation, lifestyle medicine, psychological and behavioural interventions- all depending on your needs and requirements. I also work in collaboration with an eating disorder councillor.
