Biography

Tired? Stressed? Anxious? Energy dips? Digestive issues? Food intolerance? Increasingly, these issues are becoming the new normal, with many people tolerating the unpleasant and even debilitating effects on health when they shouldn't need to. As an experienced degree trained Nutritional Therapist (NT), I can offer effective and often straight forward solutions to manage these issues and improve your vitality, clarity, energy and confidence. We'll work together to formulate a practical nutrition plan and, combined with an understanding of suitable dietary choices and application, you will have a valuable tool for good health - for life. My experience in the field of NT is wide and I can also help with chronic illness such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns), female health specific such as PCOS, PMS, pregnancy and menopause and children's nutrition. I can arrange testing/analyses of test results with credible, reputable labs and I offer nutritional supplement advice if required. I am a parent of four children/young people aged 10-20 years.
