Paula Dunley - Nutritionist

SPECIALIST IN Gut and Digestive Problems, IBS and IBD, Weight Management, Weight Gain, Autoimmune Disease, Hormonal Health including Fertility and General Practice.

I studied Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster where I achieved a Bachelor of Science, Honours degree in Health Science: Nutritional Therapy. The highly regarded, extended semester three year degree course included extensive clinical skills training by specialist Clinic Lecturers observing students' consultations with clients of the University Polyclinic. My Health Science background gives me the sound foundations to research and apply the latest Nutrition Science research in clinical practice. I am passionate about supporting a client's health goals combining Nutrition Science with the Functional Medicine model of assessment to identify a client's unique body system imbalances. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, this model helps me to identify dietary, lifestyle, genetic and environmental factors that may be contributing to a client's underlying cause of disease. I then work with a client to create diet and lifestyle strategies to support their unique health requirements at a rate that is comfortable for them.

I am a very experienced weight management practitioner, having worked with patients in private practice and in the community as part of local authority funded projects. I use a practical and structured approach, including setting regular achievable goals, to support a client's dietary, emotional and physical requirements throughout their weight loss journey. Central to my approach is encouraging clients to adopt new lifestyle habits with a lifetime view towards healthier eating as opposed to quick fix or fad diets.
Sally Farmer - Nutritionist

SPECIALIST IN Cancer, skin conditions, digestive disorders and immune disorders. However i deal with all health concerns.

My interest in nutrition was sparked in my 20,s merely from requiring more energy and not sleeping properly. After visiting a nutritional therapist and following her recommendations i was surprised at how well i felt and never looked back.
At 30 i gave birth to my daughter who developed eczema, food allergies and frequent viral/ bacterial and fungal infections that are common with allergy sufferers.
My late father also developed stomach cancer but as he saw my passion to help both him and my child using food as medicine he suggested that i go on to study nutritional therapy. Sadly he did not live very long after his diagnosis but he most certainly played a huge roll in my inspiration to help others. This i am grateful for.
My daughter has been eczema free for many years and has gone from suffering with 8-10 infections per year to now only 1-2. Her allergies have also improved greatly along with her quality of life.
I qualified in 2014 and have helped many men women and children alike with an array of health conditions and would like to think i will be doing so for many years to come.
