Biography

Welcome,
I am a degree-qualified psychotherapist, online counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 20 years of working in adult mental health. I combine compassionate, human-centred therapy with the benefits of AI-enhanced tools to support insight, clarity, and progress — wherever you are. I bring cultural sensitivity from my cross cultural upbringing and offer a solid base from which to explore, process and gently challenge. Approach to treatment

I place emphasis on building a trusting relationship which is collaborative and confidential. I am able to offer flexibility to meet your needs: single sessions, brief therapy (1- 12 sessions) and long-term therapy (12+sessions). Each session is 50 minutes and through the e-therapy platform.

Often, we may take some initial time to map out the issue then explore impact for you. Sometimes, if helpful, I will share some psychological tools to support you.
Within sessions, I always take time to ensure that I have understood what is most important to you. I often see therapy as an excavation, a drilling down into key issues.
Hopefully, this process will be validating for you and enable you to experience a shift with a widening of choices or a newfound technique that you can lean into at a time of difficulties.

Each session is typically 50 minutes.

Where helpful, I will also suggest ways in which you might use AI to further explore a key issue. Please note these are not obligatory but are tools to aid if helpful.
