Biography

I work with adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, ADHD, and the deeper, often unspoken questions around meaning, purpose, and identity. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling lost, numb, or overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward, or make change. I believe real change begins with movement, even if it’s small, even if it’s sideways. My role is to help you create that movement, with honesty, and compassionate challenge. I’ll meet you with warmth and calm, but I won’t just nod and smile. I’m here to help you do the work, to face what’s hard, take ownership of your life, and create real momentum.
My approach is integrative therapy and grounded in both depth and practicality. I draw from coaching, somatic practices, CBT, ACT, DBT, parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I also support clients in cultivating wellbeing through lifestyle foundations, exercise, nutrition, and sustainable daily habits.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and I know that change is possible. My work is rooted in the belief that if you’re willing to show up for yourself, we can build something new. The path forward isn’t always linear, but it always begins with a decision for change.
