Biography

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a therapeutic counsellor with a person-centred foundation and an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic and relational theories. In simple terms, that means I believe in working together to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and helping you make sense of your experiences in a safe, supportive space.
I see therapy as a place where you can be yourself, without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t serve you anymore, we can explore things at your pace and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I’ve worked with adults through a range of challenges, including relationship issues, self-esteem, loss, and life transitions. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I continue to learn and grow through ongoing training and supervision.
My style is warm, calm, and authentic. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build understanding, confidence, and a stronger sense of yourself.
