Biography

Hello, my name is Lynda, and I practice as an Integrative psychotherapist and trauma specialist. My passion is working together to restore safety, peace, and wholeness to individuals experiencing stress and trauma. Seeing individuals transform and master their challenges is enriching. My dedication is to bringing back healthy self-esteem, connectedness, and aliveness.

No single approach suits every individual. I have trained in several methods, including relational gestalt, attachment therapy, somatic trauma therapy, and eco-therapy.

Please send me an initial message to make contact and find out more.
