Biography

In a world of 'one-size-fits -all' advice and quick fixes, I strongly believe in building a personalised relationship with a patient, where symptoms but also personal history, diet and lifestyle are assessed and discussed in order to establish the root and contributing factors to one's health concern. This approach typically includes a deep look into the health history through a comprehensive questionnaire, followed by analysis of one's dietary habits and choices, followed by recommendations on diet and lifestyle. I may chose to recommend further tests, in order to get a precise picture on potential contributing factors. These tests may be carried out by a General Practitioner or by a private lab known as a functional testing laboratory, with the agreement of the patient. I may also chose to recommend specific supplements to support the dietary and lifestyle recommendations. This comprehensive programme is usually laid out during 2 or 3 different consultations, that also include monitoring of progress and query answering. I believe this approach is optimal to ensure each case is treated individually and with maximum caring in mind.
