Biography

I'm an online talking therapist specialising in working with millennials and LGBTQ+ clients. Frequently working on relationships self-esteem, anxiety, and past experiences. I work with my clients from the comfort and privacy of their homes, offices or workspaces where we meet weekly, fortnightly, or less often to discuss the issues which are impacting them.

I am an informal, easygoing therapist. Flexible with the frequency and days/times which we work. I have daytime and evening sessions available and can be reached easily via email.

I work online from my home in rural France after running a successful private practice in Bristol, UK for some years. I also worked extensively with a drug and alcohol charity in Bristol for the duration which has informed my work enormously.

Integrative - Existential - Person Centred - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Gestalt - Attachment Theory

I'm here to encourage you to explore the parts of your life which ordinarily you might avoid, because I believe that by knowing ourselves well that we can lead more open, satisfying and fulfilling lives.
