Approach to treatment

I am trained in the existential approach to psychotherapy and also draw on other approaches depending on the needs of my clients. The existential approach takes the human condition as a whole and aims to examine and work with the existential givens - what we are born with and the context we find ourselves in as humans. This approach aims to clarify and develop personal meaning as a crucial aspect of human life. Integrative, Existential, Humanistic, mindfulness based

I incorporate mindfulness in my approach to therapy as mindfulness can help us to see more clearly our current situation and our part within it. It can also help us to experience life more fully by being more in the present moment. Mindfulness can also help us to become more aware of how we can work with our minds to radically change our experience for the better.
