Choose a time that works for you. We charge a standard, affordable rate for all sessions, and payment can be made by debit or credit card at the time of book.

Meet your therapist

Log in at the time of your appointment, click “Join”, and meet your therapist/counsellor. They will guide you through your first session.

Owing to the complexity and difficulties of our everyday lives, there is a rising demand for these therapeutic services in order to help with our emotional, psychological and physical difficulties.

Sadly, stress, depression and anxiety are now common symptoms of our fast-paced modern times.

We also know that not everybody has the time or resources to find a suitable therapist, and attend face-to-face sessions. Additionally, the stigma of experiencing and dealing with emotional and other difficulties may also prevent those who would benefit from therapy or counselling from using the traditional approach.
