Biography

I have a doctorate in Counselling Psychology, the highest level of counselling and psychological qualification, and provide counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health, emotional and psychological issues. Alongside my private practice l also work in the NHS where l have worked with children and young people; families and adults. As a result of my training I am able to offer numerous approaches depending on the needs of who l am working with. I believe that one of the most important aspects of counselling is creating a collaborative and non-judgemental environment where the individual feels safe, open and secure to explore challenges and issues in their lives.

Approach to treatment

As a Counselling Psychologist I am trained in multiple evidenced based therapeutic approaches.
