Biography

Whether, individually, as a couple or as a family you have relationship issues then I can assist you in exploring and resolving them in a calm, reflective non-judgemental manner. I am a member of the BACP and have a MA in Relationship Therapy. I believe that many of the challenges or issues we my struggle to deal with are relational in nature or in origin and taking a broad view of how you feel about yourself relative to others and how you interact with others, particularly those closest to you, helps you understand and deal with these challenges.

Approach to treatment

My belief is that the emotional pain we experience most often stems from a present or past relationship issue. I tailor how I work to the individual circumstances you find yourself in and am guided by you as to the areas you feel are important to explore. I don't use a predefined process as each person is unique. Whatever the challenge you face, I offer an non-judgemental space to discuss your situation and work alongside you to help you find a way forward.
